Flexible and Smooth
Step 1
Introduction
During a 15-minute introduction call with the company we explain the full process, arrange the NDA and set dates for the interviews with the right people.
Time required: 15 minutes
Step 2
Collect and Analyze
Our tailored RFI helps collect the information we need and analyze accordingly. We request access to code, documentation, monitoring systems and more which we all analyze accordingly.
Time required: 2 hours (average)
Step 3
Interviews
Depending on the size of the organization we plan interviews with the right people. We bring context from each interview to the next one. Starting with the general Business Context, moving to Product and then Tech.
Time required: 4-8 hours (average)
Step 4
Deep-dive
After receiving the information, access to code and systems and interviews, we dive in deep and assess all learnings and data insights in a structured way.
Step 5
Report & Debrief
Our reports contain different sections to ensure that both investor and company benefits from our findings. We provide details on our findings, whether they are risks or opportunities and also provide practical advice on how to mitigate certain risks.
We debrief the investor and, if desired, the company.
